Ole for the fiesta, but is it adios?

DWINDLING financial support from Greater Dandenong Council may force a popular Springvale festival to move to another municipality, say its organisers.

The Chilean Latin American Festival will hold its seventh annual event at Sandown Entertainment Centre on September 18 and 19.

The festival will feature 62 community groups, 44 music and dance groups, interstate and overseas bands and Latin American crafts, art and food.
